- Accuracy Statement: "I declare that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner."

Process:
- ✅ We will review your notice within 24-48 hours
- ✅ If valid, the content will be removed immediately
- ✅ You will receive a confirmation email
